We have set up  mailing lists for discussing problems and posting suggestions.
Feel free to subscribe one of them.
Here is the list.

List name  Subject
okchat      okchat

If you want to subscribe send a mail to okchat-request@okchat.com with the subject "subscribe listenname".
The body of the mail must be nothing.

I.e. for subscribing okchat send a mail with the subject "subscribe okchat"
